Political jokes that can apply equally to both parties

Political jokes are a staple and there is a good reason for that. No profession is based more on lies, obfuscation and double talk than politics, to be successful it is necessary to talk a lot but never say much. The book is two books in one, "More The Official Democrat Joke Book" on one side and when you flip it over it is "More The Official Republican Joke Book."
Both parties are pilloried equally, although with the exception of the names, most of the jokes could apply to both parties. They are an example of dark humor, for they contain that sad element of truth and the failures of politicians affects us all. Since politics will never go away and it seems unlikely that politicians will ever get better, the best you can do is laugh at them, an activity made much easier by this book.
